Simply Market rationalise sa facturation entrante grâce à b-process, une société Ariba

L’enseigne française de grande distribution a choisi la solution cloud b-process pour automatiser et accélérer l’échange de plus de 1 million de factures par an.

SUNNYVALE, Calif. – Le 31 Janvier 2012 – Ariba, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARBA), le business commerce network, a annoncé aujourd’hui que l’enseigne de distribution Simply Market avait décidé de confier son projet de dématérialisation des factures marchandises à b-process, filiale du groupe Ariba. Simply Market France est la filiale française des supermarchés du groupe Auchan.

« Les avantages de la dématérialisation dans la grande distribution et le groupe Auchan nous ont convaincus de sauter le pas à notre tour » déclare Philippe Le Goff, Directeur des Services Comptable et Financier chez Simply Market. Il ajoute : « L’utilisation des services de b-process va considérablement fluidifier les échanges de factures entre nos fournisseurs et nos points de vente. Les gains de temps et de productivité induits vont représenter une valeur ajoutée certaine pour nos fournisseurs comme pour nous.»

Les solutions Saas de b-process sont utilisées par de grands noms dans tous les secteurs, notamment EADS, Eurocopter, Gefco, IATA, Marmara, Saint-Gobain et Vinci Energie. La plateforme b-process prend en charge tout type de formats de fichiers, de l’EDI à l’XML en passant par le PDF. Cette flexibilité permet à tous les utilisateurs, acheteurs et fournisseurs, de se connecter au réseau b-process et d’organiser facilement la prise en charge de leurs factures, quel que soit leur système comptable ou leur ERP. 

Le périmètre du projet porte sur près d’un million de factures par an, émises par un peu plus de 3 000 fournisseurs vers les différents entrepôts et les  269 supermarchés Simply Market.

« Notre objectif est de convertir 50% de ces factures au format électronique en 6 mois avec un objectif final de 85% en 18 mois » précise Philippe Le Goff.

Le déploiement de ce projet devrait être facilité par un avantage notable : les factures de près d’un tiers des fournisseurs de Simply Market sont déjà traitées par billManager, la plateforme b-process, pour le compte du groupe Auchan comme pour d’autres acteurs de la grande distribution.
