Prior to his current role as Chief Procurement Officer for SunTrust Banks in Atlanta, Mr. Chesney held senior positions with Marsh & McLennan Companies in New York, CPO at Delta Air Lines in Atlanta, CFO of the Global Concentrate Operations and CFO of the North Pacific Operations for The Coca-Cola Company, where for this latter position, he and his family resided in Tokyo, Japan. Mr. Chesney is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Tennessee, a certified public accountant, a member of Cambridge's Who's Who Executive Registry, past member of several charitable organizations including YES!Atlanta and the Foundation for Medically Fragile Children and author of the book, Reflections – Selected Interpretative Vignettes of Life's Meaning and Message.
