These sessions are designed for liscensed Ariba User. The course is also extended to Ariba Partners under contract. Limit 2 students per class per partner.

Below are the class sessions that will be offered.

1. Ariba Sourcing Event Management
   (offered day one only: Wednesday, May 26; 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.)
   • Learn all the basics of building an Ariba Sourcing Event (RFx). You will get hands-on experience in building an RFP, complete with items, questions, and more. Then you will have the opportunity to submit proposals as suppliers invited to your event, as well as evaluate those responses.
   
   
2. Ariba Spend Visibility
   (offered day two only: Thursday, May 27; 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
   • Learn how to use the reporting features in the Ariba spend management interface. We will investigate prepackaged reports using transactional data to illustrate the features of Ariba Spend Visibility, like drilling-down, finding specific rows of data, charting, and exporting. We will also cover how to build your own reports.
   
   
3. Ariba Contract Management Professional
   (Two-day session: Wednesday, May 26; 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m., Thursday, May 27; 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
   • Learn how to build contract workspaces in Ariba Contract Management Professional. This course covers building the contract documents, utilizing alternate clauses from the clause library, completing tasks in the workspace, and publishing your workspace giving students the opportunity to get hands-on experience with all of these features.
   
   
4. Ariba Procure to Pay
   (Two-day session: Wednesday, May 26; 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m., Thursday, May 27; 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
   • Learn how to navigate the Ariba Procure to Pay site by building requisitions, getting them approved, and following the resulting purchase order flow. We will cover how to search the catalog, buy from punch-out (internet) catalogs, check the status of your POs, and even receive your order. This session will have a series of hands-on labs that will allow you to test out all of this functionality directly in the tool.
