Partnering organizations can choose from a variety of programs, each of which fulfills our commitment to deliver the best in collaborative business commerce solutions.


Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Resell

This partner program forges relationships with leading global companies that have a core competency in BPO. Partners incorporate Ariba technology into solutions they provide, or use Ariba technology themselves when servicing their clients. BPO focus areas:

  • Global and regional finance and administrative BPO providers
  • Global and regional procure-to-pay BPO providers
  • Global and regional sourcing BPO providers
  • Global and regional vertical BPO providers focused on healthcare, insurance and transportation logistics


Resell (VAR)

Our reseller partners use their consulting, system integration, and education services for evaluation and implementation while scaling and complementing Ariba solutions. This program focuses on resellers that reach into specific markets, such as mid-market (less than $2B revenue USD), healthcare, public sector, sourcing service providers, and international geography resellers. These partners have licensed Ariba solutions to resell to their end-customers via their respective sales channels.


Network Alliance

Network centric partnerships are focused exclusively on the growth of the Ariba Network. This happens by a partner acting as either a reseller of Ariba’s network solutions; a partner offering value-added services on the Ariba Network; or a partner working with Ariba to enhance Ariba’s offerings and capabilities.


Technology

Ariba's technology partnerships are built to promote the best Ariba technology solutions to our customers. These solutions are optimized for scalability, availability, maintainability, and manageability for all of Ariba's products through collaboration with our partners. In addition, these partners broaden the spectrum of products and services offered to our customers by identifying the best products in areas in which Ariba does not offer a specific solution. By combining our software technology with our partner's complementary, cost-effective, and cutting-edge functionality, we give our customers the ability to complete their enterprise software solutions with industry-leading technology.


System Integration Services (SIS)

A SIS partner provides certain consulting services, including installation, customization, implementation, and integration of computer software. These types of agreements are also referred to as "teaming agreements" due to the fact that the arrangement between Ariba and the partner are opportunistic in nature and only applicable to a one-time, specific sales opportunity or engagement. The rights under the teaming agreement extend to that specific end-customer engagement only, and cannot be applied to any additional opportunities.
