Ariba Ready Platinum
Through our Ariba Ready Platinum Program, Ariba establishes a strategic relationship with suppliers to advance the spend management initiatives of our mutual customers. Ariba consultants work closely with each supplier's business, technology, and delivery staff to develop and promote Ariba Supplier Network solutions and to increase trading partner advantage.
The Ariba Ready Platinum program is customized to meet your unique category profile and requirements. It can include the following program components:
- Relationship Manager/Consulting Services (120 hours included). Ariba offers this designated business and technical resource to serve as your advocate. Consulting hours are customized to deliver on supplier-specific goals including solution development, implementation programs and business development.
- Ariba Buyer Development/Test License. We provide an in-house copy of Ariba Buyer to enhance test and development efforts and support internal education. Ariba Buyer is installed and supported by Ariba Supplier Programs.
- Ariba Ready Program. This program tests and validates a supplier's integration to the Ariba Supplier Network against best practices. It is supported by a marketing program that increases supplier visibility and differentiation to Ariba buying organizations.
- Supplier-Buyer Case Study. TThis joint collateral communicates supplier-specific solutions, benefits, and trading partner successes to Ariba buying organizations and prospects.
- Enhanced Technical Support and Connect.ariba.com Access. Ariba provides these two avenues to our portal for knowledge and support.
- Supplier Premium Support Member. Members of this premium program receive technical support assistance by telephone and online web form, 24x7 support for high-priority issues, one-hour response time for technical support issues, online case tracking, direct case escalation path with Ariba SN Technical Support management, and network accounts assistance by phone.
- Training Credits. We offer instructor-led or web-based training for Ariba Buyer.
- Member Supplier Steering Committee. Ariba provides member suppliers with the opportunity to shape the direction of Ariba solutions and services. As a member you'll also receive Ariba product roadmap information, benchmark data, and the chance to network and share experiences with other thought leaders.
- Conference Sponsorships and Speaking Engagements. You'll have the opportunity to sponsor and attend Ariba conferences and to directly interface with executives gathered to share ideas and learn about the latest trends in Spend Management. Panel and presenter speaker opportunities are targeted toward Ariba buying organizations.
