Alicia Tillman

Chief Marketing Officer

Chief Marketing Office Alicia Tillman is accountable for the development of SAP Ariba's marketing strategy across the globe. She is responsible for the Company's global value proposition, branding, sponsorships, digital and audience strategies, solutions marketing, operations, partner and field marketing, and events. 

Alicia join SAP Ariba in 2015. Prior to that, she spent 11 years at American Express and was the head of Marketing and Business Services and previously head of Public Affairs, Corporate Communications and Media Relations for the Global Business Travel division. Before American Express, Alicia served as the head of Marketing and Communications for Rosenbluth International, which was acquired by American Express in 2004. 

Alicia has significant experience across marketing and product development, event management, branding, lead generation, public relations and investor relations, strategic planning, revenue management, organizational design, and innovation. 

Alicia is a graduate of Lycoming College and holds a BA in Mass Communications with an emphasis in International Marketing, Public Relations, and Advertising. Alicia works in the SAP New York City office and lives in New Jersey with her husband, Bill, and their two children, Riley and William.
