Since April 2018, Alejandra has been the head of human resources for SAP Ariba. She is responsible for overseeing all people-strategy initiatives and the company’s human resources vision. Previously, she held a senior director position in human resources with SAP America and SAP Argentina.
Before joining SAP, Alejandra served as a director at Trilema, a social research firm in Buenos Aires, where she helped lead their business development team for more than five years. Alejandra also held various human resources positions at JP Morgan Chase, beginning in 1993.
Alejandra holds a bachelor of arts degree in organizational psychology from the Universidad de Belgrano, Argentina and a masters degree in sociology from Rutgers. She is based out Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.
